SD_AC Internal Bylaw
The SD_AC internal bylaw respects the University Charter and the UPB Bylaw for the organization and conduct of doctoral studies (2018). It adopts all provisions of those two documents, reaffirming some, adapting others to the context of the System Engineering (SE) and Computers and Information Technology (CIT) doctoral domains, and adding SD_AC-specific provisions.
The bylaw was drafted by the SD_AC Council and approved by an absolute majority vote of doctoral supervisors at the approval meeting of January 23, 2019, and ratified by CSUD on February 6, 2019.
